Nineteen-year-old Jaye (Maika Monroe) is a beautiful, charming girl who envisions a romantic, youthful relationship, but she doesn't realize that a great disaster has suddenly struck. She goes out on a date with a boy, Hugh (Jake Weary), during which Hugh shows a panicked side. On the night in question, Jade is roughed up by Hugh and learns the reason for Hugh's panic. It turns out that Hugh has been followed by an invisible "person" who can change anyone's appearance and aims to kill Hugh. The only way to get rid of it is to sexually transfer it to someone else. Since then, Jay has been in a constant state of panic, with her sister Kelly and best friends Paul and Yara worrying about her, but the invisible stalker is always there.
