At a recital, violinist Ryan (Leslie Nielsen) meets Lauren (Kelly LeBrock), a beautiful woman, and Lauren flatters him, scaring Ryan into action. UN Secretary-General Robert will be in Colombia to give a counter-terrorism speech, and Lauren's husband, Hibbing, will arrange everything. On this day, Ryan receives an invitation from Lauren and notes that she will kill herself if he does not come. A nervous Ryan arrives at Lauren's villa as promised, only to find Hibbing dead on the ground. Suddenly, a one-eyed, one-armed, one-legged man appears and knocks Ryan unconscious.When Ryan wakes up, he has been arrested by the police, and absurdly, Ryan is convicted of murdering Hibbing.
