The film is based on the American best-selling author Dan brown's novel of the same name. CERN scientists Victoria victor leo (Ayelet Zurer) with his father in the high-speed particle collider experiments has collected antimatter, only to find that his father was killed, body was flipping "illuminati" sign, chest high explosive antimatter stolen, appear the Vatican in Rome, was elected the new Pope, threatening Catholic church and the whole Roman's safety. Meanwhile, the cardinals of four leading papal candidates have mysteriously disappeared. Professor Robert langdon, an expert in symbology at Harvard University, and Victoria are invited to the Vatican to assist the Roman police in their search, at the direction of the Pope's valet (Ewan McGregor). Langdon convinces chief Rome agent olivier di (Pierfrancesco Favino) to follow the "earth, air, fire, water" instructions in a time war with the illuminati between Rome's famous churches...
