Somewhere in the Middle East, the U.S. military's intelligence system has targeted a target, and the President orders a targeted killing, despite the system's computerized recommendations, setting off an unexpected chain reaction... The kidnapper leads Jerry away from the FBI and eventually gets in Rachel's car. The two strangers are forced to cooperate and fall into the plan of the mysterious kidnapper in the pursuit of the FBI... Who was the kidnapper anyway? What does he have in mind?
