"Exploring China: A Culinary Adventure " is a food documentary co-hosted by "Godfather of Chinese Food" Chinese-American celebrity chef Tan Wing Fai and Chinese-American host Ching He Huang. There are four chapters in the series, which are Beijing, Chengdu, Yunnan, Guangdong and Taiwan. Through food, it explores the innermost soul of China, presents the most authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine to the westerners, and presents a different China to the western world.
