A teenage girl, Kimberly (A.J. Cook), is driving to the countryside with her friends when she foresees a terrible pileup that will kill her and her friend. With a start, Kimberly cuts her car across the road, blocking traffic behind her. However, the accident still happened, Kimberly narrowly escaped death, and six other people survived the disaster. The bizarre experience reminded many of the story of the survivors of Flight 180.As they had predicted, death would not spare anyone who escaped. One by one, the survivors die in the order they should have died in the crash, in a series of coincidences and accidents, with Kimberly being the last. She learns that flight 180 survivor Keleer (Ali Larter) is still alive, and she hopes to escape from the clutches of death from Keleer...
