Set in the near future, the economically challenged state of California creates a big lotto game: you need to kill the winners before sundown to legally claim their prize. Katie (Okafina), who has just moved to Los Angeles, accidentally discovers she's won the lottery and must team up with amateur jackpot protector Noel (Cena) to make sure she survives until sundown in order to collect her multi-billion dollar reward.
