Danny Bryce (Jason Statham), a former elite member of the famous US Navy SEALs, is now involved in an international "secret killing". His antagonist, Spike (Clive Owen), is a superb agent from another country who is equally ruthless and is planning to get rid of Danny by any means necessary. After a fierce battle, Spike, seemingly helpless against the tough Danny, takes up the idea of his special ops mentor Hunter (Robert De Niro) and uses him as bait to set up a seamless trap to kill Danny, only to find that after his superb training and experience in battle, Danny is more powerful than Spike and his team, and even the military, can imagine.
