Charlie (Joel Edgerton) is tired of the gloomy atmosphere in his hometown and decides to take his ambitious fiancee Nicola (Jemima Rooper) away to explore the world of life. But just as they were preparing to leave, news of their father's death came. Charlie had to take over the running of a huge shoe factory left by his father.Until then, Charlie did not know that the shoe factory, which was running normally on the surface, was already in debt and vulnerable.
