SWAT commander reg (larek bent) is suddenly kidnapped and involved in a deadly game in which he must survive within an hour and a half, avoiding more and more terrifying traps. Experienced FBI agent skewam (Scott patterson) comes to the police station that is worn to exhaustion by torture, assist police detective to study the corpse of the victim that is played dead by jigsaw together, try to find out clues. As the investigation goes on, the cause of jigsaw's metamorphosis and his sinister plans emerge.
