On the streets of New York City, four mischievous teenagers plan a good game to play on a street vendor selling hot dogs in order to kill the boredom of the afternoon. The joke goes too far and they accidentally injure a passer-by and are sentenced to months in a boys' home. In the Boys' Home, they are called out by the guards in the middle of the night to be beaten and sodomised.
