In the future world, in order to win the interstellar war, the government strictly selects a group of people from newborn babies and trains them to kill from a young age, these people have no family, no feelings, they only have killing in their eyes and are called soldier men. Ted (Kurt Russell) is the best of this group, he has survived several interstellar wars and is still standing. This time around, the government has used new genetic technology to create a group of improved soldier men by subjecting babies to war genes in their mother's womb.To test the effects, Ted and two other partners are selected to fight the new soldier man, Kane (Jason Scott Lee), in a bout that results in the two partners being killed, while Ted escapes because he is unconscious and mistaken for dead. His and his other two partners' bodies are dumped on a trash planet. There Ted meets abandoned civilians, where friendship and love grow in his numb heart. As he prepares to live happily ever after here with the woman he loves, the government uses the place as a training ground for new recruits. The recruits' mission here is to kill all creatures. For the sake of his beloved and his partners, Ted is determined to go to war!
