When skynet became conscious of its independence, it began a bloody slaughter of the human beings who created it. In the years that followed, John connor (Jason Clarke) led his comrade-in-arms into a protracted battle with skynet's droid army. After a crucial battle, skynet sends the terminator to Los Angeles in 1984 in an attempt to kill John's mother, Sarah (Emilia Clarke). John sends his closest ally, his biological father kyle Reese (Jai Courtney). Kyle arrives in Los Angeles and is attacked by the liquid metal terminator t-1000 (lee byung-hun). Meanwhile, "daddy" (Arnold Schwarzenegger) teamed up with Sarah to kill the terminator t-800 (Arnold Schwarzenegger).As if things had changed in the past, kyle takes inspiration from his time travel experience and travels back to 2017 with Sarah in an attempt to stop skynet from being born...
