The story centers on gomez & morticia Adams and their children Wednesday, Pugsley and a group of relatives. The Adams family is a typical gothic family, rich but eccentric, whose lives are thrown into chaos by complicated relationships and family rivalries. It was first adapted into a live-action television series in 1964 and has since been developed into an animated version. Three live-action films were released in 1991, 1993, and 1998.
