The story takes place in Room 10 of the Sunshine Hotel, a magical room in which the things that happen have long since departed from the realm of being able to be explained by science. In this room, every item is endowed with a special ability, and by possessing an item, one is able to use its ability as one wishes. When the news spreads, people from all over the world gather in Room 10 with all sorts of purposes, but what they don't realize is that what you get, you pay for, and that payment can be physical, emotional, or even life-threatening.By chance, police officer Miller (Peter Krause) is given a mysterious key that belongs to Room 10, and at the same time, Miller's daughter disappears from the room for no apparent reason.
