Set in 1983, a series of increasingly violent bank robberies, counterfeit currency counterfeiting, and money-truck robberies terrorize communities throughout the Pacific Northwest, as puzzled law enforcement officers scramble for answers. An FBI agent stationed in the quiet, picturesque town of Coeur D'Alene, Idaho, comes to believe that these crimes are not the work of traditional, money-motivated criminals, but of a dangerous group of terrorists inspired by a radical, charismatic leader, Holt, who is plotting a destructive war against the U.S. government. Through the combined efforts of the FBI and other agencies, everyone succeeded in stopping the terrorists' plans and defending the country and its people.
