Carmen Sandiag (voiced by Rita Moreno) is an orphan who was sent to the Golden Gate School for Girls in San Francisco at a very young age. Carmen is taken in by the Peak Detective Agency and becomes a member of the Peak Detectives, the best of them all, and by the age of 17, Carmen has already solved more cases than any other detective. Then Carmen mysteriously disappeared and became a criminal, no one knows the real reason, probably because she didn't feel she had met enough challenges as a detective. Now she takes on the challenge of stealing famous works of art from all over the world and leaves clues behind in every action.
